The DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES Group, the largest national consultancy network in the areas of Real Estate Mediation, Construction Mediation, Credit Intermediation and Insurance Mediation, offered its best employees an incentive trip to the Dominican Republic, which took place last November/18.
Punta Cana was the paradisiacal destination chosen so that, for eight days, the award-winning employees and their respective managers from the DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES, DS SEGUROS and DS CRÉDITO networks could enjoy a unique experience that was neither hot nor fun.
Among the highlights of the trip were the excursion to Saona Island, the catamaran cruise with snorkelling in the Caribbean Sea and the show at the ‘Coco Bongo’ nightclub, known the world over for its nights of joy, merengue and rum.
According to Guida Sousa, National Coordinating Director of DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES, “these team-building days were extremely important for strengthening group spirit. The informal and relaxed atmosphere allowed us to deepen our social relationships and the constant brainstorming helped us define great goals for 2019!”
For Luís Tavares, National Coordinating Director of DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES and DS SEGUROS, “it was eight days of great socialising and fun, where the group spirit was strengthened and energy was recovered to return to work with more strength and great goals.”
