DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES, a company specialising in Real Estate Consultancy, saw growth of around 50% in 2018 compared to last year, making it its best year ever. This result was helped by growth of 31% in the Real Estate area, 97% in the Credit Intermediation area and 47% in Insurance Mediation
DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES also opened 15 new branches in locations across the country and 10 more are due to open soon.
According to Guida Sousa, National Coordinating Director of DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES, “2018 was DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES’ best year ever. The aim now is to continue this growth, taking advantage of the favourable economic climate that Portugal is experiencing and the maturity and knowledge of our company’s areas of activity.”
According to Paulo Abrantes, Managing Director of DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES, “We want to continue growing and we have a very ambitious expansion plan. Our goal is to grow by 70% in 2019 compared to the previous year, so we will continue to open new branches, through which we will provide a quality service in the various business areas, namely: real estate, credit intermediation, insurance mediation, remodelling works and home construction.”
