The village of Boco was recognized with the title "Village of Portugal". It is presented by the Boco River, a natural heritage of high value that is integrated in the National Ecological Network (REN), Special Protection Area (SPA) and Site of Community Importance (SIC), and by three levadas - Levada do Barreto, Levada dos Moleiros or Levada do Meio and Levada do Sul - which formerly served as a driving force for the watermills.
The land is about 13 meters wide.
It has constructive feasibility for housing up to two floors, and it is possible to twin with an existing one.
Located 3 min. from the access of Vagos to the A17 and about 20 minutes from the beaches and Aveiro.
