House in ruins, with space that was an old corral and large yard, located in Póvoa de Rio de Moinhos, a province of Beira Baixa. This house has a total land area of 162 m2, distributed in a rectangular strip. In terms of gross construction area, the registered values are 212 m2. This house is located in a central area of the village, very rustic and traditional beirã area. Póvoa de Rio de Moinhos is 18 kilometres away from the city of Castelo Branco.
